Thank you @DARKSHINEZ, it has been almost a month of strength training thru physical therapy, and they tell me I am doing remarkably well.

One corner of the floor in my living room area is uneven. I lost my balance, took a tumble, and fell. I was about to fall into the glass portion of the coffee table, but someone pushed me aside so that I missed the table completely and I'm happy to report that nothing was damaged or broken.

It was a close call I suppose, but I genuinely feel I have Spirit animals, guardians, and angels around me.
