SHIPPING LOCATIONS
For CARD DECKS and BOOKS we will ship to any location in the world BUT current (as of April 2021) shipping costs are insane because of COVID. So, we recommend that anyone outside the US (ESPECIALLY orders for the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, and Ireland) place your order for through DEEP BOOKS, London, England
For all other merchandise (Altar & Prayer Cards, Magnets, etc.) we ship worldwide.
NOTE: FREE shipping and FREE shipping with all purchases $50.00 or more is for the continental US ONLY.
SHIPPING METHODS: USPS Priority and First Class
- All shipping is USPS Priority or First Class.
- We recognize that the care of delivery services and personnel can vary. Simply put – delivery damage can occur and is unpredictable. If and when damage occurs,we will do everything possible to help with the situation.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If the package arrives damaged, we will gladly replace any damaged items. If you decide a product is simply not a good fit, you are welcome to return it at your own expense. Returns may be sent any shipping method and must be packed to ensure its safe return. To be refunded for your purchase, when the item(s) arrive at our offices, they must be in the same perfect, new condition in which they were sent. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.
